Ideal candidate * Successful track record in managing all levels of care in Senior Living with a min of 3 yrs background.* Assisted Living and Independent Living background desired. * Must be a RI Certified Assisted Living Administrator * Bachelor?s Degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related position preferred.* Background with Assisted Living residents a plus!* Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.* Track record that supports ability to hire, direct and manage associates. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR will oversee the overall management and the day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
